1. Open Shelving: Replacing upper cabinets with glass, wood or metal shelving is showing up everywhere. This trend follows hotel and retail spaces and lends itself to more of a minimum vibe.
2. Wood: The use of wood is still a consistent element in kitchen design. It draws in the connection to nature. This is a trend you will see especially in the countertops and is easy to add to homes in our mountain area.
3. Colored Cabinetry: Gone are the days of the boring white cabinets. Go bold with a black, green, grey or hues of blue. Pair these colors with brass or another metal finish to stay on trend.
